Will I have to pay for GMWD Medicaid?

The monthly premium for Medicaid coverage under GMWD is $0.00 to $50.00. Premiums are due one month in advance. Payments must be received by the 1st day of each month prior to month of eligibility. For instance, the premium for December Coverage would be due by November 1st.
